We commit to inclusion.

At SLC, we are committed to maintaining an inclusive environment where every individual feels appreciated, respected, and empowered. We celebrate diversity as a strength, recognizing that each unique experience enriches our organization. Through our programs, policies, and practices, we strive to challenge systemic inequality and champion equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of our work.

As we gather and operate within the vibrant community of Dartmouth, we acknowledge with respect and gratitude the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi'kmaq People. In the spirit of reconciliation, we commit to learning from and working alongside Indigenous Peoples as we strive for a more just and inclusive society.
